Cancellation Policy

Welcome to J-CLINICS, we are so glad that you have chosen to train with us, and we cannot wait for you to get started. The course deposit must be paid on booking and the remaining balance needs to be paid 7 days before the course starts. We wanted to make sure that you understand our policies before we work together.

● You must pay for the full course by 7 days before the course start date. All deposits are non-refundable, unless there are valid reasons (for example, cancellation on medical grounds- medical evidence must be provided). Refunds are at the discretion of our head practitioner. If a refund is agreed, then the refund process will be entered into and this can take up to 28 days from the agreed date to be processed and returned to you.

● Once the course has been attended (or accessed if online), no money is refundable. If further training is required, one complimentary refresher day is offered to assist the learner and any further training is chargeable.

● If for any reason you need to change the date of the course, this can be done once, without loss of the deposit (up to 7 days before the course date). However, as models are sourced and booked at a reduced rate for the treatment, any change of date can cost the clinic money. For your replacement date, you will be required to source your own models. Also, you are still required to pay the full balance by the agreed date. If you cancel less than 7 days before, the full amount will still be payable.

● We ask that you do not use our manuals, images (except the ones we take for you on your training day) or logo without express permission of our head practitioner. Our documents are written by the J-CLINICS team and are subject to copyright legislation. Please make sure to tie your hair back and the dress code is smart black clothing or a tunic and closed, black shoes while in clinic.
